Return and Refund Policy

♥ We ship our products by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. 

♥ The 8" x 8" signs are shipped First Class Mail. 

♥ If you are in the Myrtle Beach, SC Area, you can pick up your products at our shop to save on shipping costs.

♥ Our production time is 7 business days. This is due to dry time of paints and stains between each phase of production.

♥ If you have requested a custom product with us, we will let you know at time of order if the production time will change. 

♥ Production Times between October - December WILL be longer due to Christmas orders.

♥ If you are needing a product by a certain date, please contact us to make sure we can get it out in time. We are NOT responsible for delays by shipping. 

Once your product is dropped off at the Post Office, the shipping is out of our hands and we are NOT responsible for any delays or lost packages from the Post Office. If you do not receive your package the following procedure will be followed:

1) Contact us and we will work together with the post office to track and try to find the package. 

2) If the package cannot be found, then we will file a claim with the USPS

3) Once we receive the refund from the USPS we will be more than happy to refund you or send you a replacement product. Please note replacements will take an additional 7 business days. 

♥ If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered we will consider the transaction closed. If you did not receive the package. We will NOT issue any refunds. It will be your responsibility to make a claim with the USPS. 

If your package has been damaged during shipping:

1) You MUST email us with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving it. If you wait longer than 24 hours, no action will be taken. 

2) Please let us know if you are able to touch up / fix any damage yourself, before we file a claim and we will discuss with you alternate solutions. 

3) If fixing it is not an option, we will file a claim with the USPS.

4) Once we receive the refund from the USPS, You may choose a refund or a replacement product. 

               - Note that replacement products will take another 7 business days to produce. 

♥ We take great pride in the quality of products that we produce. Our wood signs are made of 1/2" patented whitewood. Our frames are made of Pine and our Laser Products are made of Birch wood. No vinyl is used on our signs! All of our products are coated with polyurethane for better protection, but we do not recommend placing any products in the direct elements. We use Interior and Exterior matte paint depending on the product. 

♥ We LOVE custom orders. If you have something that you have seen online or have an idea in mind of a sign or gift, please email us so we can work with you to make it a reality.  Custom orders may have an extra fee for custom artwork. Graphic Design is a profession in itself and is not just the tap of the keyboard. There is a lot of set up and sizing involved. 

We currently use Flexi Design and Adobe Illustrator  Graphic Design Programs to make our products. If you have artwork files that you have created or bought offline, we will be glad to accept them under these conditions:

1) They are owned by you. 

2) There are no copyright issues of you having the artwork

3) The artwork files MUST BE AI, EPS, DXF or SVG files. No other files will be accepted. 

We currently have a retail area @ 9261 Hwy 707 ( inside The Mad Signtist in Myrtle Beach, SC.) You are always welcome to stop by and chat with us about your project, check out our inventory and inspect the quality of our work.

Yes! We do have a loyalty Card for LOCAL purchases only. If you live in the Myrtle Beach Area, for every purchase you make, you will get your loyalty card punched. On your tenth purchase, you will receive 25% off of your 10th Order.
